All Free je koncipován jako nadnárodní projekt, jehož cílem je na jednom místě shromáždit co možná nejvíce souborů všech druhů, které jsou k dostání zcela zdarma, bez jakýchkoliv omezení nebo nutnosti registrace, při níž je požadován členský poplatek. Obsah je tvořen samotnými návštěvníky, doplňován redaktory a kontrolován moderátory. Počtem přidaných funkčních odkazů se automaticky zvyšuje úroveň uživatele, počínaje běžným návštěvníkem a konče hlavním redaktorem. The content is made with visitors themselves, completed by editors and checked by moderators. With the count of added functional software, the level of visitor automaticly raises, starting with a plain visitor and ending as a possible main redactor.
